Refunds and Exchanges
Gift Secret will refund or exchange a product (*conditions apply) only if the product is deemed to be faulty by Wedding Secret.
*Conditions: If you wish to return a product because it is faulty, you must notify Gift Secret in writing prior to returning the product, and the faulty product will only be refunded or exchanged once it is returned to Gift Secret in its original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from date of invoice for any reason.
Backorders
Gift Secret does it's best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur. Your backordered items will ship as soon as they come into stock, we will email you and there will be no additional shipping charges. Please e-mail us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.

Gift Secret prohibits the use of all images and photographs without the express written consent of their management. Any unauthorized use of these images and photographs displayed on this website may violate trademark and copyright laws.
